This VORS of over 30+ years in age, as part of the Poniente series of sherries by Patrick Mata and Alberto Orte, named after the cool, Atlantic western winds.  Tawny-hued, walnuts and toffee balanced by bright, zesty citrus notes.  Concentrated and intense with a long finish.
