Husband and wife Hoyancos Juan Luis Beltrán and Marisa cultivate 4 hectares of high altitude Garnacha and Albillo Real in Gredos. This orange vino comes from 3 small parcels, a mix of ⅓ young vines (30 yrs.) and ⅔ old vines (70 yrs.). Skin maceration for 23 days, directly pressed, and rested on its fine lees for 6 months in neutral French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. Amber honey, citrus, apple, pear, stony, bitter almond - textured, superb.
