This rare palo cortado sherry from Patrick Mata and Alberto Orte is named after the Poniente winds, cool and humid western Atlantic winds.  This VORS comes from a system of five criaderas and one solera, with a median age of over 30 years.  Oxidative and woodsy, oceanic spray.
