The Dos Cortados solera dates back to the bodega establishment in 1877. A classic palo cortado revealing a delicate nose and richer body.  Fortified twice, and aged for over 20 years in bota, concentrating the flavors and teasing out the complexity slowly. Pecans, walnuts, citrus zest, nice acidity, salty tang - rare treat.
