From estate (Aguilar de la Frontera, Montalbán, Moriles Alto) fruit and long-term contracts with independent growers, after a brief biological aging and losing its veil of flor, the wine spends 25 years in American oak botas aging oxidatively.  Robust, concentrated, roasted nuts, wood spicebox, dried orange, dark balsamic notes, salty and mineral with acidity intact. Unfiltered.
