So racy, delicate seashells is a thing.  Who knew?  Made only in the best vintages, this is a selection of the oldest, lowest-yielding vines on steep, granite slopes.  The 2017 Escolma is complex and structured, a good example of how rewarding the Treixadura varietal can be.  Besides hailing from an excellent vintage, this Escolma promises to be intimate, quiet and serious, just like its maestro.
