Quinta Milú is a small enterprise by young winemaker Germán R. Blanco in the hamlet of La Aguilera in Burgos.  From his micro winery, Germán focuses on tempranillo (avg. age 50 yrs) in an effort to make wine for the people. Aged for six months in French oak. Mellow plums, touch rustic, and spicy - everyday pleasure
