Fermented in oak vats and aged for 26 months in French oak barrels, clarified with fresh egg whites, plus rest in bottle for 18 months in cellar. Blackberry, plum, baking spice, cocoa, leather, tobacco, fine-grained tannins - silky and tantalizing.
