Inspired by the style of winemaking of the early 1900’s, La Antigua Clásico is an expression of old vines Garnacha planted in 1940 south of the Ebro river.  High alt. (700m) vineyards and a cooler climate set the stage for freshness and minerality.  Juicy cherry and raspberry, tobacco, smoke and spice, with well-integrated tannins. Pair with lamb, roast meats or game.  Peaking into top form.
