This crowdsourced winery was conceived when Ana and Iván Gomez got together for a party with some oenologist friends in 2007 and decided to just put some wine in a barrel, and the rest is history.  Focused on revitalizing native varieties, they work to protect old vineyards.  From 40-year-old Bobal, aged for 3 months on the lees in old oak barrels.  Drinks like a chillable light red - spicy, savory, and earthy.
