This premier sparkling wine by Pepe Raventós is made from a single vineyard atop the apex of the estate on the Serral hill.  Primary fermentation with spontaneous, native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, secondary in bottle, aged on its fine lees for 42 months with zero dosage..  Chalky and stony, broad mousse, brioche and Mediterranean herbal – Catalan ebullience, electric dance.
