From 4th gen Catalan winemaker Toni Carbo, The Pagès Content wines are designed to honor the Catalan farming families of the past who worked the land.  This biodynamic farmed red comes from a Mas Candí parcel planted in 2005.  Grapes were 50/50 destemmed/whole cluster fermented, the Ull de Llebre and Merlot co-fermented in stainless steel tanks.  Unfined, unfiltered, zero added SO2. Natural, artisanal, wild and juicy, pure, high acid – always funky fresh.
