Sandy, gravelly, and alluvial soils from Rioja Baja make for a particular trinity of texture and flavor for this new wave effort by the Bordelais born Olivier Rivière. Aged for 6 to 8 months in concrete vats, large foudres, and stainless steel tanks. Fresh and ripe with bright plums, red berry cherry pops, earthy crunchy - delish.
