From the Cerdán family-run project named Stratum in Jumilla, comes this high alt. ungrafted, single vineyard tinto from vines planted in 1954. Partially destemmed and fermented in open top wooden vats and aged in oak foudres for 18 months.  Pure, fresh, mineral, stony, fine tannins - southeastern purity.
