Natural red wine from Iago Garrido who has carved out a certified biodynamic estate in Ribeiro. Grapes are hand-harvested, foot-trodden, partial cluster spontaneous fermentation with indigenous wild yeasts, aged for 10 months in French oak. Bright red berry (pomegranate, cherry), crushed granite, herbal, saline and stony with bracing acidity and minerality - agile and high-toned.
