For over 150 years, the Foraster family has been growing grapes and olives on their 29 hectare estate in Conca de Barberà. In 1998, the family planted red varietals and revamped the farm for wine production. Fermented using native yeasts with whole-cluster, foot-trodden grapes, and aged for 10 months entirely in concrete tanks.
Forest berries, herbal, crunchy with juicy acidity and smooth texture.
