Dominik Huber established a cooperative to make younger, fresher styles of Priorat wines with fruit drawn from nine historic villages.  Not only is he restoring the co-op traditions of Torroja’s past, he has succeeded in connecting the wines of the present with hints of Priorat from the past. Aged for 6 months exclusively in INOX and concrete.  Whole cluster fermentation, Garrigue, pepper, pomegranate, cherry, slate minerality, chalky tannins, good acidity - Priorat purity.
