A total expression of Palomino Fino growing on grand cru, calcareous Albariza soils of Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Agrícola Calcarea, the brainchild of winemaker Juan Jurado Gomez, is a true Atlantic wine – dry, saline, sea breezy, mineral, chalk, lemony. After a brief maceration with the skins, the must is pressed and fermented in a Manzanilla bota, where it remains for about 7 months with some influence from the veil of flor.  Welcome to the club.
