Torelló Mata and his son Alex craft regionally expressive Cava that reflects the specific terroir of Penedès. Kripta is a blend of 3 different plots from 70-year-old vines. Spending 7+ years on the lees before finally coming together in an amphorae shaped bottle revealing apple and brioche, creamy finesse and silky complexity.
