Ailalá Treixadura 2021, Ribeiro

The word Ailalá comes from traditional Galician folk songs and means happiness from joyful merrymaking.  This is a collab among oenologist Inma Pazos and Xosé Lois Sebio of Coto de Gomariz winery, and husband Miguel Montoto.   Biodynamically farmed, untapped treixadura with lots of zip and seashell aromas.  White flowers and stony fruits - an oyster’s dream pairing.
