Manzanilla Solear Pasada En Rama has been present in the Marco de Jerez panorama since 1999, the year in which Bodegas Barbadillo opted to bottle a wine “En Rama”, that is, directly from the cask to the bottle. In this way, the best of the traditions of Sanlúcar de Barrameda was recovered: long-term biological ageing.  Solear is the only one that offers us four sacas, each with its nuances and organoleptic characteristics, coinciding with the beginning of each season: spring, summer, autumn and winter. The perfect combination of rotundity and subtlety.
