An intriguing vermut made with a combo of 15-year-aged dry oloroso and PX musts without added sugars, macerated with local botanicals in French oak barrels.  Balsamic, citrus, nutmeg, clove and black licorice.  Bittersweet and a more than welcome addition to the wonderful world of Spanish vermuts.
