Borja Pérez has been learning how to work with the vines of Tenerife for some time now, and each vintage offers an opportunity for growth and understanding.  Vines come from Finca Casa Canales, a 1.26 Ha vineyard planted in 2006. The 2021 bottling reveals robust complexity, rich, meaty dark fruit, and wisps of volcanic smoke.
