This white varietal blend is fashioned from estate fruit and rented vineyards planted on clay, limestone and gravel soils from 25-40 years in age.  Biodynamic blend of destemmed fruit, fermented naturally in stainless steel tanks. Nifty with a nice round mouthfeel, nice round mouth feel, floral, rich, and dry with a jab of citrus and acidity – exotic and lyrical.
