Ca'n Verdura Supernova Moll 2023, Mallorca

Supernova Blanc is Tomeu Llabrés premier white wine fashioned together from old-vine parcels of the native Moll grape planted in the 1950s.  Grapes are hand-harvested, fermentation in a combo of French oak and stainless steel, followed by 5 months of aging on the lees with bâtonnage.  Complex profile of citrus, chamomile, Mediterranean herbs, tropical and orchard fruit, with pleasant acidity  – super island blanco.
