Father and son duo Manuel and Isaac Cantalapiedra identify as winegrowers first, and hope to shake things up in Rueda and Toro with wines of dynamic balance, complexity, and structure.  From 20-30-year-old vines in La Seca on sandy, marl, and limestone soils.  Fermented in a combo of stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels, then rested on the lees for a year. Herbaceous, mineral, stony, and spicy - radiant.
