Ramiro Ibáñez shines a bright light on high elevation (62m) 40-year-old palomino fino vines from the grand cru albariza soils comprised of Tosca de Barajuelas. Maína is more inland, so the wine is more structured, robust and aromatic. A touch saline, earthy, textured and captivating.
