Steep slopes for some very old vines palomino (80-120 yrs.), organically farmed by Laura Lorenzo. Hand-harvested, destemmed and fermented in amphorae with about 2 weeks of skin contact, then raised on the lees in for 11 months in oak barrels.  Uber mineral and complex, crisp apples – a wild and textured orange vino.
