Former somm of the year in Spain Enric Soler’s work with Vinya dels Taus clone of the native Xarel·lo grape continues its ascent in showcasing its great potential and aging ability. Sourced from three small parcels (1.3 Ha), fermented on the lees and matured for nine months in Stockinger barrels and Nomblot concrete eggs. Floral, citrus, green apple, creamy texture, flinty minerality, oyster shell salinity. This is a serious, complex effort  – Catalan excellence.
