An exclusive cuvée from the Envínateros consisting of three parcels from La Corujera on Tenerife.  Centenary vines in a complex blend of soils (rocky black and red basalt, sandy clay). Separate fermentation in concrete vats with native yeasts, partial semi-carbonic maceration, aged on its fine lees in neutral French oak for 8 months. Wild red fruit, rosy, herbal, crushed volcanic rock, herbal, salty, mineral, silky and savory - Canary cool.
