The Envínate eye towards Ribeira Sacra has gotten keener.  Slate (lousas) soils are the building blocks for this mostly mencía blend from 60+ year old vines.  Vinified with 40% whole clusters and aged for 11 months in neutral oak barrels. This village wine of profound, wild red fruit is Atlantic fresh, floral, and refined.
