Hand-harvested Palomino Fino from the Cartera and Macharnudo Alto pagos. Average age under flor is 5 years, unusual for a fino. This fino undergoes a light filtration, bottled directly from barrel, hence en rama. Aromas of roasted nuts and baked apples, ginger and spice, eye-poppingly fresh and vibrant, value supreme.
