If you find yourself in El Puerto de Santa María at Tabanco Obregón, not only will you get great food, but you can sample the sherries straight from the barrel.  Not in El Puerto at the moment?  Just gonna have to settle for this lemony, chamomile, robust flor, tangy, saline, maritime explosion of a sherry from bottle.
