Vital mix of native red varieties from young vines (5-40 years) from two parcels in Cambados. Hand-harvested and foot-trodden, whole cluster and skin macerated before racking in a large chestnut cask.  Fermented and aged on its lees for ten months with stirring of the lees for 3 months.  Rosado in style - bright red berries, savory, saline, and bracing, tropical and refreshing.
