Le Blanc is cobbled together from 9 parcels of old vines in clay-limestone soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, whole cluster and co-fermented spontaneously with native yeasts. Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels, concrete tanks, and foudres. Apple, peach, citrus, almonds - creamy and concentrated.
