Stunning offering from Pablo Soldavini, Argentine national who returned to his ancestral home in the early 2010s. First as a wine consultant and now as a winemaker, Pablos is focused on the Ribeiras do Sil sub-zone.  Tanis is a blend of red and white grapes, hand-harvested from seventy-year-old vines, fermented whole cluster and aged for one year in French oak barrels.  Dark fruit, balanced acidity, profound depth.
