It’s only natural that a professor of oenology at the University of Rioja also makes his own wine.  In this case, five hectares of prime Rioja Alta land for centenary garnacha and tempranillo.  Fermented and aged in French oak for about a year, with zero S02 added.  Structured and lush, fine tannins and smooth acidity – darling.
