The Valdecañada cuvée is one of Raúl’s least known wines because it is highly allocated.  The fruit comes from the Ponferrada sub-zone of Bierzo with slate and schist soils that distinguish themselves from the bolder, earthier Vizcaína wines from Valtuille de Abajo by its freshness, roundness and balance.
