Puro Rofe, a project started by winemaker Rayco Fernández, with the goal of revitalization and recuperation of the vines from the unique terroir of Lanzarote.  100+ year old listán blanco and malvasía is married to listán negro to make a “pink” wine the likes of which no one has ever seen before.  To say that the wine is pink doesn’t do justice to the impact the wine delivers upon tasting.
