A tiny winery project from Guillero and Catalin who were sponsored by the winery they work for to create their first vintage of natural wine aged in clay amphorae and well-seasoned French oak barrels for 15 months.  Whole cluster, creamy, mineral, and spicy – feather light and dreamy.
