A young vines expression of Val do Salnés terruño by Eulogio Pomares of Bodegas Zárate and the Uvas Felices project. Grapes are hand-harvested, fermented with native yeasts in temp. controlled stainless steel tanks, no malo, and aged on its lees for four months. Green apple, sunshiny citrus, touch salty, stony and mineral - Atlantic spirit.
